Here are a few things that really helped me during my time

The first is the Mama Natural book.

this book is really wonderful. It has week by week chapter breakdowns of what to expect and includes recipes and a really lovely site and email list you can signup for that sends you regular emails. This was so fun for me and really helpful. There’s a lot to learn when you’re pregnant! It can be nerve wracking, let’s really be real. Second is Ina May’s Guide to Childbirth.

Ina May is like this legendary person who had a birthing community or commune?? And she assisted in hundreds of deliveries. This one is helpful for a great perspective on delivery and especially cool if you’re considering natural options.

The third was looking and feeling my best. I recommend doing as many photo shoots as you can, personal or professional! My dress rec is posted here.
